Grantham University offers the Associate of Arts in Business Management Program in the online format. It is a sixty-two (62) credit hour program that provides students with the basic management theories and best practices. Graduates are expected to be able to analyze organizational structures with regards to their relation with mission and strategies; apply learned theories and practices as business managers and leaders; communicate effectively; identify the basic theories, principles, and practices associated with each functional area of business; and demonstrate skills in critical thinking and communication.

Business Management is a dynamic field that can be applied to the economy, politics, social environment, and world affairs. Its primary goal is the efficient and effective accomplishment of objectives through organization of people and activities. It is differentiated from business planning in the sense that business management involves planning at the outset of a project.

Course highlight of the program curriculum include Principle of Business Management, Business Law 1, Finite Mathematics, Managerial Accounting, Marketing Communications, and Organizational Behavior. Completion of the program serves as a suitable preparation for management positions in private and government organizations. The university is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC).

As the program is made available to students worldwide, international students are welcome without any residency requirement. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Extended payment plans are offered to students to help them finance their education. The registration process does not involve any essay submission as well as any standardized test scores such as SAT or GMAT.
