Kaplan University offers the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Criminal Justice to students seeking supervisory roles in the criminal justice field such as human resource development, application of management theory in criminal justice organizations, and organizational behavior. Criminal Justice Career Focus Area Courses include Supervisory Practices in Criminal Justice, Organizational Behavior in Criminal Justice Organizations, Human Resource Development for the Criminal Justice Professional, and the Application of Management Theory to Criminal Justice Organizations.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Graduates can pursue management positions in various work areas including corrections, probation, homeland security, investigations, and drug enforcement.
