About the Degree

Regis University’s Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is designed for adult students who want to enter the computer industry or advance in their current career.

The degree program covers a wide variety of relevant topics including software engineering, computer architecture, operating systems, and object-oriented analysis and design. You will also learn how to manage IT projects as well as networking, programming, data administration, and business skills.

Course highlights include Computer Science Fundamentals, Computer Systems and Security, Assembly Language, Database Programming, and Systems Analysis and Design.

The classes are available in five week or eight week accelerated modules so you can earn your degree quickly. The five week classes are geared for ambitious students who can spend many hours per week on the class work. The eight week classes are slower paced but still allow you to graduate in a reasonable time.

The program prepares you to work in different areas in the computer industry. Upon graduation, you may work as a programmer analyst, software engineer, database administrator, object-oriented technology developer, systems analyst, and computer scientist.

The tuition rate is competitive compared to other online programs.
