The Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources Program is offered by Herzing University in the online format. The program allows individuals seeking employment in the field of human resources, training, and labor relations to be qualified for management positions. Some of the possible positions include Human Resource Manager, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Training and Development Specialist, Employment/ Recruitment and Placement Specialist, and Compensation/Benefits and Job Analysis Specialist.
The program curriculum requires the completion of forty-two (42) or forty-five (45) semester credit hours to be eligible for graduation. The Business Fundamentals Course can be deleted from the list of required courses if the student holds a bachelor’s degree with a business major or minor. Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management can expedite the attainment of a master’s degree through dual enrollment and course exemption.
