The Master of Science in Education in Instructional Technology with an Emphasis in Adult Learning/Organizations is specifically designed to provide learning on design and development models, pedagogy, technology, and management principles and practices as applied in the instructional environment such as corporations, the military, as well as non-profit training environments.
