Capella University has developed an online Master of Science degree program that specializes in the unique field of Enrollment Management. Capella’s online MS Enrollment Management program is one of the few that enables learners to earn a master’s degree and a professional certificate from Noel-Levitz at the same time. The program is conducted online thus, learners are able to complete their degrees without making significant changes in their personal and professional lifestyles.

Capella’s online MS Enrollment Management program focuses on areas such as student retention, technology applications, marketing strategies and strategic enrollment planning. Learners have the opportunity to apply freshly learned skills to real-world education demands through enrollment management strategic plans that are developed during the course of the program. This specialization are chosen by professional student services staff who aim to advance their careers by delving into higher education management or take on leadership positions in enrollment, financial aid or admissions. The program, however, is not designed to satisfy licensure requirements for P-12 public school teachers and / or administrators.

The complete program consists of 48 quarter credits worth of academic coursework. This 48 credits are earned by taking the requisite number of Core Courses, Specialization Courses and 4 graduate level elective courses. Tuition usually does not include the cost of books and other miscellaneous expenses. To help make the cost of completing an online education more affordable, various financial aid options in the form of grants, loans and scholarships are in place. These are readily available to eligible students.
