Master’s Degree in Information Management – Project Management (Grantham University)
Grantham University offers the Master of Science in Information Management – Project Management Degree Program in the online format. It is a 36-credit hour program which integrates information technology with project management principles. Upon completion of the program, graduates are expected to be able to analyze a project’s life cycle as well as ensure control of every aspect of the project and the delivery of technical objectives in a timely manner.
Through this program, students are prepared for advanced level positions in technology development or implementation. Special emphasis is provided in acquiring advanced information skills such as software applications in information management, design of information management systems as well as networking security. Courses have been designed to facilitate a theoretical understanding of the concepts of the fields of information technology and management.
Course highlights include Organizational Behavior, Management of Information Systems, Project Management Essentials, Telecommunications, Management in Age of IT Change, and IT Project Management. Prospective students must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 from an accredited institution. International students are given the opportunity to earn a degree from an accredited US college without the need to relocate. Students who are not native English speakers must submit a minimum TOEFL score of five hundred (500) to be admitted to any of the online programs offered by the university.
