Argosy University is a multi-campus institution with 19 campuses scattered in 13 states in the USA. It was established as Argosy University just recently in 2001 as a result of a merger of the American School of Professional Psychology (founded 1970), the University of Sarasota, and the Medical Institute of Minnesota (founded) 1961). Right now it is best known for having the largest graduate student community in the United States.
Argosy University offers online programs through it Argosy Phoenix campus. Its online courses are administered by the following colleges:

● College of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences
● College of Undergraduate Studies
The online courses are accelerated courses, which means that students can expect to see progress every 7.5 weeks.
The admissions process in Argosy starts by requesting for information online or via phone. An Assistant Director of Admissions will then contact the applicant and go over the admissions requirements and process. Upon submission of requirements a Student Financial Planner then contacts the applicant to give student assistance in financial matters.
Financial programs, specifically federal grants, can be used in Argosy. Argosy participated in financial programs for veterans. There is currently no scholarships given by the university.
Argosy University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
